Limited Time Remains for Fall 2021 Vaccine Incentive Eligibility

Share:

Want to take part in the vaccine incentives program and earn a chance at a number of exciting prizes? Do not miss your shot to win, as limited time remains for students, faculty and staff to receive a complete vaccination series by the Sept. 30 deadline. To date, more than 85 percent of faculty, 57 percent of staff and 53 percent of Clemson University students have voluntarily uploaded proof of complete vaccination.

If you have not already begun a vaccination series, Sept. 9 is the final day for individuals to receive the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine — which earned full FDA approval last month — in order to receive the second dose 21 days later and still be eligible for the previously announced University drawing. Individuals who receive the second Moderna dose this month or the single dose of Johnson and Johnson must upload proof by Sept. 30 to be eligible.

Students, faculty and staff who have completed their vaccination series are invited to upload proof through the University’s Voluntary Proof of Upload Tool. Vaccination appointments are readily available throughout the state of South Carolina and in the Clemson area. Use the DHEC Vax Locator to search for pharmacies and medical providers in your area.

Each student who submits proof of a complete vaccination series by Sept. 30 will receive $50 in Paw Points. Distribution is beginning this week to students who have submitted proof through the University’s upload tool. Clemson University Student Affairs will send an email notification each week to individuals who receive Paw Points in their TigerOne accounts.
