The Clemson University School of Health Research (CUSHR) has selected its newest cohort of faculty scholars and clinical faculty.
Appointed annually by CUSHR, faculty scholars are faculty members who demonstrate a strong record of health research, teaching and service in collaboration with other Clemson faculty and students as well as Prisma Health–Upstate researchers and health partners.
Thomas Britt, chair of the CUSHR appointment committee and key facilitator of health-related partnerships, said these appointments recognize health researchers for influential and collaborative projects.
“It is so exciting to see this program grow each year as more Clemson faculty are working with our health system partners on innovative research,” said Britt. “This newest cohort has already proven themselves in the research field, and we look forward to seeing the work they accomplish as CUSHR scholars.”
