The annual U.S. News and World Report best colleges rankings were announced this week, with Clemson again recognized among the nation’s top national universities. Clemson climbed four spots among national public universities from the 2024 rankings, coming in at No. 39 overall. The University also posted multiple top-100 rankings among all colleges.
Now in its 40th year, the rankings evaluate nearly 1,500 national colleges and universities on up to 17 measures of academic quality and place an emphasis on social mobility and outcomes for graduating college students.
